So, I've been killing myself exercising the past couple nights. And tonight my scale tells me I'm a full four pounds heavier than last night?!? Only on a diet for five days and already I caught myself being pissed at my scale. You usually only hear about that sort of thing after a week of more of dieting and no progress. I was weighing myself before dinner and it kept giving me a different weight each time. And this time around each of them was a few pounds more than what I weighed in ( Read more... )

I've decided my scale is the devil. Even while leaving it at the same exact spot on the floor it gives me three or four different weights at any given time. At one point it said I weighed more than when I started. I don't know.
